During the sign up process for Acuity you have the option to select from several different packages and subscriptions lengths. You will not be able to cancel your account at any time during the subscription length.

Your Acuity account will not automatically renew unless reactivated through the "My Acuity Homepage"

Once a subscription has been purchased there are no refunds. The account will remain active for the duration of the subcription that was purchased.
